Board of Works Meeting

The public is invited to attend all Board of Works meetings.
Items of business to be placed on the Board of Works agenda must be in the Clerk-Treasurer’s office by 4:00pm the Monday prior to the Board meeting.
The following items of business must be approved by majority vote from the Board of Works at a public meeting:
• All contractual agreements that bind the city
• Closing a street for a foot race, parade, block party, etc.
• Use of city facilities for a meeting or event
If you would like to observe the meeting virtually or wish to comment on any item, please email City Clerk-Treasurer Jeff Knight or call 574-773-2112 at least one (1) hour before the meeting.
